Vegan Eggs from Chickpea Flour

This quick recipe is for making liquid vegan eggs. Its super simple and easy to make. Just mix equal parts chickpea flour with water and add a tablespoon of flour, and some salt and pepper.

Fry, scramble or make an omelet with it. Just be sure to use a non stick pan or a well oiled pan so it doesn’t stick. This ingredient is used a lot in other vegan recipes, so make this a staple in your kitchen. You’ll never have to use another chicken egg again. This is also a great egg replacement in desserts too.
